Some areas over there have more than 80% of the population infected....it would be easier to just lock up all the clean people to keep them safe.

The guy IS a jerk he never should have been in a sexual relationship with her without warning her in the first place that he had HIV. He should rot in that prison!!!
The way it is in todays society isnt it everybodys responsibility to take steps for their own safety before entering a sexual relationship to make sure they are safe?

Im supreised people still do that. When I was a kid in the early 80s people didnt understand it so it made sense then but there is no excuse for not knowing what it is.
