Masters Of The Universe
That's the only one I can think of right now. If I think of more, I'll post them.
Mutineer: I don't think ROTLD nor The Breakfast Club should be considered guilty pleasures. They're both good movies that have huge followings.

I bet Terrans guilty pleasures are indulging in scientific theories that lack enough supporting evidence.

The Ernest P. Worrell films. "know whata mean, verne?"
Spongebob Squarepants. Most people see it as a kids show, but it makes me laugh every time.

I still watch the Ernest movies every now and then. Be it with my little brother (he's three) or just by myself (hehe). When I was younger I met his brother down in Florida when I was visiting relatives. Looked exactly like him but wasn't as goofy; really nice guy, though. Ernest Scared Stupid is still my favorite out of the bunch. I'm pretty sure it had the biggest budget/distribution, too.

damn, i aint seen an ernest movie in't time they were legendary when i was a little kid, they were so crap they were good, like one were the plot was that he simply got his head stuck in giant cannon for an hour and a half.
i think if they brought back those films gun crime violence would drop like a stone:lol:

"Goes to Camp", "Saves Christmas", "Goes to Jail", and "Scared Stupid" are the best ones, imo. The rest were straight to video releases and weren't exactly the same feel. I still watch them on occasion, though. I just watched "Slam Dunk Ernest" on tv the other night, actually.:D
I loved the Ernest flicks as well as Jim Varney in general. The dude just seemed so lovable that you couldn't resist liking him and his stupid antics. I really was shaken up by his death.

The first RE movie, I know at heart it's crap as a zombie movie, Resident Evil movie and a movie in general but there's something about the feel of it I really like.

My Brother Brian did the Special Effects for Class of Nuke Em High. The first one. He also played the monster. I think he was 19 when He did it. It was his first film. Im glad you like it alot and he would be too:D
He has a dual credit, but the other guy dropped out really early, so Brian did almost everything and invented the green goo.

I think it was their second after toxic Avenger. Originally it was supposed to a serious Horror and then got twisted into a, well, Troma film:)
My bro is a member here too. 7feet is his name here. He posts mostly in fimmakers forum

Troma is a film company that started as porno, then began to distribute exploitation films, then moved into their own brand of schlock, as they continue to do today.
And Lloyd (the owner dude) is not the "encourager of young filmmakers" he paints himself to be.
