finally, shots of the acotr in costume, the mark 1 and mark 3 armour, and i gotta say the armours look totally awesome, the mark 3 looks damn near as close to the comics as it could possibly get, tis a little chunkier but it looks a little more close to the comics than the film version of spidey, espeically the balck outfit:rolleyes:

heres the actor as start, making the mark one armour with the heart connection allready embeded inn his chest to keep his heart alive...and him, of course.

heres the origional prototype armour he uses to break out of the ...i dunno but i think he was held in some sort of p.o.w type camp ro something and it looks pretty sweet.

and finally heres the stunt man, not the actor (robert downey jr, i fyou didnt know) getting ready to act, and its not all cables and stuff its just like a suit of armour theres a vid on the net of him doing acrobatics in it, so i dont think this is just gonna be all clunky cgi, cus from what ive seen of a spidey vs sandman action scene there is zero acting its all a very obvious cgi spiderman fighting a very obviously cgi sandman, i think they must have spent more time working the cgi out on venom, but to be honest i think youd have to, but im rambling heres the bitchin' mark 3 armour.

i wonder if this will tie into an averngers movie thats rumoured to be in the works, if its leading up to the mark 3 armour youd think so, itd be interesting to see who would be cast as captain america the only guy i can think of off the top of my head is maybe the dude who plays the doctor guy in lost, as for thor ,thatd blatantly have to be fabio:lol:

Wow you really can't get much closer to the comics than that. Would you rather them stick to a comic storyline or do like a resident evil where the core tenets are in place but they pursue a plot that had nothing to do with the games?

honestly i dunno, theres only so much plot you can get in in 2 hours really, i think the super hero movies would be better done as just high budget tv series sicne you cannot get every little thing in, though i guess thats what the comics themselves are for huh?

Very good point since comics are like episodes anyway. Although i have a feeling that you can never really satisfy enthusiasts of anything when transfered from one medium such as video games or comics to movies. I'm a resident evil nut and trust me if they had done the film exactly like the game the fanboys (god bless their hearts) would have found something to gripe about. Something along the lines of " Everyone knows that Barry's vest is made of 300 hundred thread count kevlar, not rayon! What were they doing, they totally screwed things up!" I've been an iron man nerd since i was a boy, when it wasn't cool to read that comic " ( it still might not be, LOL) All my friends were into spidey or x-men. I just hope they make a decent movie and not make something to add to the list of movies that people point to when they say comic book movies aren't any good. ( spidey, batman begins, excluded.) :p

Honestly, I had never heard of the character or the comics until I read on the net that Jon Favreau would be directing the film adaptation. :shifty:

No i'm running away in fear of being beaten up.....
