HBO did one where a group of nasties were building a nuke in the basement of a flat in London UK.I cant remember the title.
When they were assembling it in the basement, one of them spilled some of the 'cake'...The missiles from 'super' powers might come after a detonation of a suitcase nuke. A reaction so to speak.
