i saw this yesterday, and yeah my sentiments exactly, gamestation is were yeah can get cheap games, the clerks are all the freindly long hair hippie types that willa ctually say if a game your about to buy sucks and has loads of retro games, magazines t shirts and firguirines.
game on the other hand is the comet of gameing, spotty geeks in shirts and ties trying to force a ps3 onto you using words like "mint" and "quali'y". no magazines, no shirts , funky sweatbands or trucker hats, and terrible music overhead which is unlike the metal played in my local gamestation as its interjected with "BUY NARUTO!" or somesuch "subliminal messaging":rolleyes:

RIP gamestation, but they didnt buy em all so i hope the one by my college is still gamestation, i gave a cv in there yeserday and i id rather work at mickey-d's than game.:dead:

What I like about GameStation is that they encourage gamers into the store to talk about gaming. If I had a penny for every time a joypad has been thrust into my hands and told by a staff member "have a go on this, it's s**t hot mate" I'd be rich! I go to GS frequently and more often than not, I end up embroiled in a (sometimes hour or two) long debate on some game or another.

I guess this means a no-no on peripheral trade-ins... :mad:

thats what im talking about , now ive never gone into game and had a 6 foot tall black guy with a bleached blonde afro say "yo *n-word i as a white guy cant say*, this wii game is the ****!", there just freindly stores, they even close to the public every friday at 12 for an hour at my local one for gameing tournaments were they give stuff away, i was 1st in only one, the bitchin' guitar hero 2 one, i won an issue of the nintendo magazine and a NES controller belt buckle.

ever have that ahppen in a game?, hell no they even try to charge you for the free leaflets "there only free with a purchase":rolleyes:
