The red Mustang used in Deadlands: The Rising has been officially retired and replaced with a 2007 Gun Metal Alloy Black Mustang GT (Street Package) This new car has a 5 speed manual transmission and the 3.55 Rear gear axle, 18" Chrome Wheels, and the extra over sized throttle body too boost HP from 300 to 330. The 2006 which I have owned faithfully for 18 months was at 20,000 miles and although nothing was wrong with it, it wasn't the car I wanted, not too mention it was an automatic. I am not a fan of Red, but considering my Silver 2004 GT, also used in Deadlands, was a lemon I had to swap it out for the 2006 and they only had that red one available with the dark charcoal interior.

So today is the day the red 2006 Mustang has been retired.

true, but I guarantee as long as i make films and I am the director, a Mustang will always make its presence on screen.

Funny thing... wait for the massive continuity error in Deadlands 2. :elol:

lol, i just got an image in my head of dj doing a jack sparrow impression, you gotta add that to deadlands 2, or a pirate zombie, just for a second so people barely notice it;)

hahaha, a pirate zombie - noiiice.

Just been to see PiratesOTC 3 (or "PIE-RATS!" like the advert grimaces at you on TV), Deej doing a Sparrow - that'd be brilliant. :D

Sorry guys, Johnny does the be all end all Jack Sparrow and me even attempting it would discredit his work and the franchise as a whole. Some characters have to remain sacred and Jack Sparrow is one of them.

I know I am in no way talented enough to be Capt. Jack, let alone even imitate him, and I would feel it would be a slap in the face to the character.

and now I present...ZE Photos - http://www.putfile.com/djfunkmasterg/images/113235

I feel for ya Neil, but I get bored with cars very fast. I have never kept a Mustang longer than 30 months. The shortest was 3 months, longest 30 months.

However, this one may stick around for a while as now I have what I wanted since I had to trade my 2004 GT.

Since 1987 I have owned 14 Mustangs, 1 IROC-Z, a Trans Am, Grand Am GT, and a Chrylser Laser XE Turbo.
