I just thought perhaps some would like to list some movies to help build the ultimate horror flick collection...
I'm sure we can all agree on the GAR trilogy (omitting Land of the dead on purpose)
and I vote for...
Lets Scare Jessica to Death
Sleepaway Camp (its totally cheesy but the end is worth it)
Fearless Vampire Killers (I still love that movie)
Friday the 13th
The Howling
The Descent
Bram Stokers Dracula
Saw (kinda horror more suspense but still)
Joy Ride...

If your into italian horror, Demons 1 and 2 are good buys. And cheap.

Ah Italian horror... its like if the valley produced horror films instead of pornos... two busty babes in the woods with go-go boots scantily clad... their car breaks down... their clothes come off... thats when it gets scary... they're real and they sag oh my!
Of course thats a refrence to 70s Italian horror

Saggy boobs are indeed scary. When your breasts are at your stomach it's time to consult a plastic surgeon.:p

-If I Die Before I Wake
Great independent horror flick. Scares the shiv out of me and every other dude I show it to. 95% of the women I show it to think it's cheesy and predictible, though so I'm not too sure how you'd feel about it.

I reserved If I should die before I wake... its not available on netflix but looks promising thanks for the tip...
I'm so glad someone else enjoyed Night of the Creeps. But I would suggest the remake of the Body Snatchers which is better than the origional and with such a remarkable cast oh my.

I wouldnt know that because I finished college in 1992. Second it is an OPINION. Why would the OPINION of a bunch of people I never met or read about matter to me. I think for MYSELF.
Seven was obvious and cliche filled. It mashed elements from REal life killers, Fictional killers and previous films into a "I've seen every bit of this before". It was like someone took a "Serial Killer movies for dummies" and wrote a by rote script from it.
Sure there was nice photography but the script was ass.
SAying "well someone else liked it" is NOT AN ARGUMENT
and it is not POST 20th century either.
