this is a big reason why people can't stand celebs. It's not that i don't like them, but don't try to say you understand the plight of the common man because you don't. That's my food,cable and cell phone bill for the month practically. There was a story about john edwards a few months back about how he went to see a "stylist" and got a $400 haircut. The thing is that he's running as a populist candidate, a man of the people. Doing stuff like that undermines his platform and makes him seem out of touch.
