Well they do have a facist history. Although ned would be a better authority on that than me. It sounds like a form of McCarthyism where they're dragging people before congress and forcing them to testify. I mean, Ron Howard too? WTF? What's disturbing is that they actually have laws on the books like this. I'm a law student so i have to respect that. They're a soveriegn country and are allowed to legislate their own affairs. It says that it's not so much that it offended people, it's that it was deemed obscene by the legislature and that it was that the film was shown to audiences of all ages in Italy. "Content so strong must not be offered to kids 12 or 13 years old, who go to catechism class and learn something completely different. That sounds like a bumb reason to me, but hey, it is their country.
