Harrison Ford and Josh Hartnett - "Hollywood Homicide"

Jason Mewes and Kevin Smith - "Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back"
Kevin Smith and a lack of ideas - "Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back"
Kevin Smith and a film camera - anything post-"Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back"

That's all I can think of right now. I'll add more later.

The thread is about bad actor pairings in movies.....not a film that you dislike.

Besides, if you choose Mewes and Smith for "JSBSB", then you would also have to list many other flicks.

Sorry, must have misunderstood the topic.

Oh, oh, oh, oh! I have one:

Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Chris Rock, Jason Lee, Jason Mewes, Kevin Smith in "Jay and Silent Bob Strikes Back". Now. You CAN'T tell me that is NOT a bad pairing.

It's not bad pairing. That movie is least of their collaborations, but it's been comic gold in other films. You're still just dogging on a certain film for some reason....

Why is it not bad pairing? I think it is, infact I think it's horrible pairing. So that makes you wrong in your assessment that I am wrong!

I'm not saying that you're wrong about your opinion on "JSBSB". I'm saying that you're judging it by one movie when these people have paired up numerous times in other films and it was great. "Dogma", "Chasing Amy", "Clerks", "Clerks II", etc.

Now, if you don't like any of these movies then it makes more sense. You just seem to be trying to single out "JSBSB" and say that because of that film alone(which is the least of the series, imo), they are bad at character/actor pairings.

Jason Patric and Sandra Bullock - "Speed 2"
Katie Holmes and Christian Bale - "Batman Begins"(thank god they've replaced her with Maggie Gyllenhaal for the sequel)
Kate Bosworth and Brandon Routh - "Superman Returns"(Routh was stellar, but Bosworth was a horrible Laine)
