New user ranks..

Ive updated the user ranks (little stars above your avatar) to bring them into line with neils new title ladder, so some of you will of noticed a increase in your rank.

Blue stars represent inactive staff or staff who have left our service, so far we only have 2, which i beleive is jscott and cereval, we still class it as a staff rank becuase they still have full staff priveleges, but not powers and are welcome to come back as active staff when they choose to.
