This is indeed unprecedented. In recent years, you either had to pay for a high-quality internet feed, or struggle with a free, low-quality stream. Be sure to tune in to each press conference, as this is the time of the year where the big guns come out. I expect surprises from every company. C'mon Shenmue III! ;)

i jsut bought shenmue 1 and 2 yesterday so in this world of eeire coincidences i really wouldnt be surprised, i normally just check em out on gamespot myself, the console launch ones form the e3 last year, or the year before (when miyamoto conducted zelda dressed in a conductors type suit:D ) was bitchin' as much as i love my 360 though dont you think the 360 pres conference people are all just a bunch of smug bastards, like they stick there nose to there crotch, rip a fart, smell and savour it before going on stage:lol:

Yeah, my fingers are crossed on that one 'cos it KEEPS cropping up, teasing me like a slender Asian tickling my nostrils with her pubic hair. I dunno if anyone else has read this but I'm also hearing rumours of the first two Shenmue games possibly recieving Wii Editions. Surely that has to be a match made in heaven!

But yeah, the big guns are going all out to blow each other to bits so it'll be interesting as to who emerges the victor!

More than anyone else, Sony really needs to make a strong showing this year. The other big two are pretty secure in their spots this gen. I'm rooting for sony because if they come out with some super cool sh8t the people who ultimately win are gamers. They will make everybody raise their games in order to outdo each other. Competion is great in terms of forcing companies to make increasingly higher quality products and we get to enjoy the fruits of their console war.
