who's heard the tale of that man put in solitary confinement on alcatraz,when the guards slung him in,he started screaming that something with red glowing eyes was trying to kill him,his screams could be heard thru out the jail,in the morning the guards went in and found him dead with a look of terror on his face,he died of a heart attack and strangulation.strangulation? something must have been in that cell that night.:eek:

Sonds like an urban legend to me. Maybe one of the gaurds strangled him because he just wouldn't shut up.

I've visited Alcatraz about 8 times and never once heard about that. Lay off the crack man its whack.
