If there is i definitely haven't heard anything about it. I would think with the amount of dead fans on this site we'll hear something if there is. Although honestly, the movie has been remade and abused enough. With all the rip offs and remake attempts they still have been able to surpass the original. Let it R.I.P.

Leave poor NOLD alone. Enough is enough and try as they might, they have not surpassed the original (though Savini's NOLD was a nice "tribute")

With all the talk recently on Rob Zombie's re-imagining of Halloween, you don't want John Russo's re-imagining of NOTLD for the 40th anniversary?
I think that would be scarier than the movie.
