I like the teaser trailer better, but I am happy to see the film will be 2.35:1 :D

Anyway, I'm totally moist for this flick, bring it the f*ck on I say. Once again, if anyone was made to make a proper remake, it was Rob Zombie...we shouldn't expect anything though, expectation is always a killer of a flick like this.

Fingers crossed though, it's gonna rock cock.

Is it just me or is the music just before the theme tune kicks in from Dawn04?

Quit holding back on the Loomis! I am lukewarm on the entire idea of this film, but I am going to go see it just to see what Malcolm does with the role of Loomis. He said he has never seen the films before so his take on the role should be an interesting one.

thats looking pretty damn good, but like that "trick r treat" theres a fair few halloween horror flicks coming out lately, it aint been like this since the 80's, though thats not a bad thing, cus a halloween (which i prefer over christmas) were you dont get scared adn scare someone else is a halloween wasted.

I saw this at Comicon. I think it looks horrible. The scene they showed was boring as well. And it was clear during the panel, that Rob Zombie wasn't very excited about making this film.

Too bad.

Did he bite off more than he could chew?

The first teaser they released looked fantastic, I still have hopes for this film.

Maybe he was tired, had a migraine or something? I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case, like on the making of TDR he got a migraine and he seemed like the grumpiest, coldest person on the planet right there...it felt like he didn't give a stuff about anything at that point, but later when the migraine is gone then he's back on...mind you, the dude's not known for being a happy clappy smiling sunshine sort. :p

We'll all have to wait and see I guess.

I know this might be blaspheming but a particularly 'on the fence' attendee of one of the test screenings was so impressed with McDowell's performance of Loomis that it caused him to completely forget about Donald Pleasance for the entire duration of the film.

Man o man, I am pumped about this movie. The "Halloween" series, without a doubt, has always been the top dog of all the slasher films (well, at least the first two). My gf and I are gonna be there Friday night, and I'm almost twitching with excitement. Six days!!!!:elol:
