30 Days of Night

So has anyone read the comic books? Not normally a fan of horror comics, but I do like vampires and the artwork was pretty stunning.

Looking forward to the movie, the trailer looks good and as long as they keep it as short and puncy as the comic I can't see them going much wrong with it. I like the way the whole film has that blue/grey colour wash on it - makes it feel much like the comic book.

although I waited till they were published as graphic novels. They were pretty good. I didn't like the artwork particularly. The style of the art is more suited to a picture than a story (I also felt the same way about From Hell for example) but the story got told and its a pretty good one.
