I would have gone out into the hall with a baseball bat and beat that m*ther f*cker until he was unconscious, then I would have called the police.
It reminds me of the woman who died recently in a hospital emergency room, they ignored her while she was on the floor and she died there. Nobody helped.
This world is full of sick b*stards.

It is sickening to the stomach to read something like this.
Reminds me of the movie "The Accused" based on a true story,
about a woman gang raped in the back of the bar, in front of
a crowd of people and not one person lifted a finger to help her:mad:

Aw c'mon Liam... the boards were dead man... suuuure I could've written about something funny... like Nicole Richie serving 83 minutes in jail for her crimes... or like Jamie Foxx saying dog fighting is cultural... like that makes it okay... maybe I coulda made fun of our President a bit... but meh...

Reminds me of a case here in the UK many years ago, where a woman was being assualted on some stairs..
She pleaded for help to people using the stairs - who had to work their way around her and the the assailant - as the attack continued...
No one helped...

Also similar to the Catherine Genovese case that occurred here in the US back in '64.

Certainly, someone should have called the fuzz and let them sort it out.
The problem with getting involved in something like this is that after you "take a ballbat" to the assailant, he might just turn around and sue the pants off of you, especially when the "victim" appears in court to testify on how you beat her boyfriend senseless after butting into an argument that was none of your business.
Probably not the case in this instance, but these days you have to be real careful before deciding to play "hero".
It's Bush's fault.
