Technically as a former contestant of a pageant or two or eight ... for the contestants it is about who's prettiest and not about who's smartest and to talk to some of these girls and their coaches its hilarious. In the month before the actual pageant their coach or someone the coach hires tries to teach these girls what the rest of the reading country already knows but they gloss over anything that should be just generally known. For instance... who replaced Colin Powell in the White House? Not questions like why can't Americans find their own country on the map. I'm not sure why because I never needed someone to teach me what's happening in the world but my guess is its because most people just assume most others have some general competence when they do not.

What is funny about all these contests... most of them offer cash prizes and incentives but the Miss Teen this and that offers scholarship programs... most people scoff at that but frankly its a public service... the money for school couldn't possibly go to someone more in need of an education than these morons... unfortunately they just dont DESERVE it... it should go to someone who can benefit from it...

No way. It requires a lot of effort to talk to a stupid girl. The conversation cant flow naturally. You have to dumb down everything and act interested in stuff you could care less about. Boring. I cant stand dumb girls. Plus they will ruin your life. because stupid people do stupid things.
Most of the better sex partners I have had have been smart to some degree. though a few of the dopey ones were pretty good but it cant last. The ones that did I very much regret.

Agrees with coma. Stupid is just boring, but crazy can be damned destructive. Maybe fun, but regrettable in nearly every case that I personally experienced or have heard of.
