It is. Ever seen a dog, fox, or other canine type with mange? If you remove hair from any canine they will look weird. Its a type of fox that lives in my area and further South. But lost it hair from mange. It was covered on t.v. a little while back. They froze the head and sent it to the lady in the pic. Its been identified.

It looks like it was cooked on the highway a bit... that thing looks weird... but yeah most def. a dog of some kind... which doesn't explain the whole 'blood sucking' aspect of the chupacabra lure... I mean that should have some sort of fangs like a vampire not to mention all previous accounts of said chupacabra do not look anything like what was featured in the picture

I can't say whether or not it's real, because I have no clue what a chupacabra is supposed to look like, or even the lore behind it, but it wouldn't be the first time a supposedly mythical creature was discovered to be real (the Okapi anyone?)

I've only ever heard of the Chupacabra as being a latin America folklore thing and never really worried or thought too much about it... but its a cute idea and makes me think of aliens...

Still waiting for word on the New Jersey Devil and that creature that roams swamps in Florida...

Cody you should be worried about being wolf packed because that's by far and away more likely than you running across the yeti of Floridas swamps and having him blitz attack you in your sleep
