Uhhh, these are just self-empowerment videos...or possibly a dryly comedic lampooning of them. You Tube is full of them. I think they probably range in effectiveness from 0 to unknown, with the better results due primarily to the qualities of the actual viewer rather than what is being produced.

I agree. I don't think I'm one to pass undue judgment in these areas, but it does seem somehow to be...extra...fruity.
