On my old website, my first website that is from way back in the day, I started a 'references to zombies' page (nothing fancy, as you'll see, but just a long list)...

I have some more to go up actually, I jot them down whenever I see them, not all of them, depends on whether I remember/can be arsed. :D

The Sliders zombie'sque episode I recall was one where a 'medicine' everyone had taken to make them lose weight had turned them all mad?

In one of the early "Treehouse of Horror" episodes of The Simpsons, there was a segment about zombies. They were after homer, but when they realized that he has no brains, they leave him alone. I believe it was called "Dial Z for Zombies".
Of course, you could inclused Michael Jacksons "Thriller", if you wish.
This episode of South PArk might even count. Even though it references a crappy remake with an equally crappy song dubbed over the video...

The Smurfs even had a zombie episode. The one where the fly bit the smurf and he turns purple. All he can say is "neenurneenurneenur". Then he bites another smurf on the tail, and it turns purple. And so on and so on. I LOVE that episode of the smurfs. My favorite of all time!!
