Actually, Cthulu is one of the ways of spelling it. It can also be Kthulu or Ktulu, even. The actually way is Cthulhu.

Been hopeing someone would post something about this. Remeber seeing the trailer for this when i saw transformers. Looks like something i wouldn't regret seeing in the theater. Not sure if it features Cthulu though.
