I suspect that a good deal of these "noose" incidents were along the same lines as this story. I wonder if America's favorite race baiting brothers will "condemn" this moron? Uhh...no.

I don't know, there were a few incidents like this happening at the local colleges. Columbia rings a bell. Nooses hung from office door knobs and in another incident swastikas painted on people's cars.

I certainly doubt that most incidents that occur in a given year in the US are 'faked'. However, the people who do make the struggle for equality into their living, should at least have the common decency to denounce instances where faking is uncovered.
