Yeah, I know...I specialize in watching show's that no one else is watching.

In the case of Dead Like Me (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0348913/), no one's watched it in (like) 4 years. It was fun, funny, fascinating and it was cancelled. Ellen "What the Heck Happened to My" Muth became everyone's favorite guilty pleasure (she's legal now y'all) and immediately disappeared without a trace after the show got the kick. Callum "See His Quotes Below" Blue got a part on The Tudors (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0758790/). Jasmine "Used to Be Beautiful...so Die Your Crushes from the 80s" Guy's been turning into a man. Mandy "I Don't Sing As Well As I Think I Do ...Prepare to Die" Patinkin (RUBE!) disappeared off Criminal Minds. Laura "The Cute One from 24's Second Season" Harris replaced Rebecca "Run Em Over If They Don't Move Fast Enough" Gayheart. Oh, its been a while.

But its coming back...as a movie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1079444/) if nothing else and I'm betting that this is a stealth attempt to bring the series back. That would make 3 comebacks for the series (It went from Showtime to SciFi already in an attempt to do what Stargate did). Kind of ironic for a show about people helping people move on after death...oh, and the last bit 'o irony? Sarah "I shutpped Jack Bauer" Wynter, who played Laura "I think I'm too good for Dead Like Me so I'll Do Women's Murder Club Instead" Harris' sister on 24? She's playing Harris's part on DLM the Movie, Daisy "The Slutty 20's Movie Star" Adair.

So anyhow, here's the trailer (http://s181.photobucket.com/albums/x32/hokie95/muth/?action=view&current=2060476437.flv). What's wierd is that its dated 8.7.2007. Not sure how I missed it but now...you don't have to!

Calum Blue's comments on DLM (swiped from IMBD):

on returning to Dead Like Me] "By the end of 'Princess Diaries,' I was really looking forward to getting back to Mason. I missed him so much. It's so much more fun being bad and naughty. But I spent the whole of 'Princess Diaries' drinking to get into character for Mason - I suffer for art - then I read the first script, and he's bloody sober. Wasted all that drinking."

[on Dead Like Me co-star Mandy Patinkin] "The first season he invited me into his trailer and put a video in. I'm a really big fan of Patti Lapone and he and Patti are singing. He got up and started dancing and singing in front of me and the whole trailer is rocking around and then we both walk out and there's a crowd of people watching, wondering what was going on! We're talking about a musical episode of 'Dead Like Me' for the new season."

"When I'm on the red carpet, most people say, 'Who the hell is that?' It's downright embarrassing."

I used to watch this one as well...

I liked Mandys role in this flick and thought it was a fresh look as the grim reaper. Now there are a few new shows to fill in this space...reaper...pushing daisies. I have not been able to get into either of these yet...

Reaper and Daisies are ok...Gave up on Reaper, but still watching Daisies. The problem is going to be keeping that show fresh.

I'm sorry about Babylon Fields (a zombie show that didn't get picked up) and Meadowlands (which is British).

I am digging Dirty Sexy Money in a big way...great show. And Dexter is terrific this season, even better than last season.
