Classic tale brought more modernized with some pretty scifi-ish twists

A comet that has some weird radiation breaks up in earths atmosphere and brings the dead back to life. All male zombies are pregnant. Not only does incapacitating the brain stop them but through character development in experimenting with the zombies we also find out that alcohol stops them as well.

The acting isn't that great, but some of the scripting is hillarious especially when the porn star mom starts talking about her week lol.

Top notch gore with the zombies, oh and these are GAR type meaning the shamblers or walkers, nice headshots and even better munch scenes.

What movie wouldn't be complete without some really nice boobie shots.

So there you have it, zombies, action, boobies, guns, weed, alcohol, a little bit of comedy and some pretty original twists for a zombie flick.

personally I'd give this a 7.5 out of 10.

I completely disagree with your review. I thought the movie was terrible! I had seen this one before when it was called night of the comet and that was a so-so tale. The film had me saying..."I can't believe they made this". The effects would have been good 15 -20 years ago, the acting was horrible. Now I am not knocking the actors themselves, for me the acting is a direct result of bad dialog in the script. It had potential but the story just fell apart. I have puposely left out any info on the flick because I do not want to spoil this if someone wishes to waste 84 minutes of their life like I did. I respect you opinions but simply disagree, but I like the Dawn remake also. I would say I felt like I was watching an amateur movie but there are a ton of amateur filmmakers that make better movies. This was worse then Land...makes land look like an Oscar worthy effort.

This is a direct to Video movie...

I think it is by Asylum Productions...

They make some interesting movies right out of the top movie spotlight...alien vs. hunter...I am Omega...Dracula's Curse...etc...


Some are not horrible...but just go in expecting the worse and you will be prepared ;)

Just saw it, I didn't think it was terrible. It was an interesting take on the whole thing but nothint to special. I mean for direct to video.
