Awesome! Thanks Reese - You rock.
I love how the battery dies during the trailer. It looks bad ass...
Maybe the February release date isn't correct seeing as how it only says "Coming Soon".

Am I spotting "swift" zombies in this trailer?
I have no problem with them myself, scary bastards IMO.
Roll on release day anyways!

I think it's just sped up a bit for the trailer. We'll have to ask someone who's seen it. Reese? Anyone else?
Did anyone notice that Diary is in the top ten requested films on Movieweb's site?:D

Truth be told, I don't care if they are fast, slow or inbetween...I just want a good classic GAR movie....and lots of zacks wandering around...lot's and lot's of zacks. :D

They didn't seem any faster in the flick, they are still slow and classic Romero zombies.

They even squeezed in some of Romero's commentary in the trailer.
"If it's not on film, it's like it never happened, right?"

HELL YEAH!
I will say though, what is it with a beep having to sound for the REC. symbol? Why does a film like this mean the editor for the trailer have to put a bunch of signal scratches and blips and such in between clips? I whinge about that, just because that sort of thing annoys me now, so I thought I'd say...but I doubt it'll be in the film, just the trailer, still though - it annoys me.
*sigh*
Anyway, it's going to be an interesting film to watch...like classic GAR meets new GAR...hmmm...very interesting. Bring it on already! :)

It's only at the odd festivals at the moment, comes out sometime this year.
Steer clear of Kazaa and Limewire though, those are well shady.
Bar a leaked screener or workprint, we're all waiting till it's out in cinemas...which is further off for us Brits no doubt.

The whole blair witch camera thing left me a little on edge...I hope the whole flick ain't like this...
Other than that I am very excited...maybe the wife will actually go to the theater with me on this one...

From what I've heard the only think Diary has in common with Blair Witch is the conceit that the events are "real" and the cameras are acknowledged. While Blair Witch was largely improvised Diary seems to be very carefully scripted and choreographed.

Let's see I actually saw some jumping zombies and some pretty agile ones. I guess Zack Snyder was a consultant on this film. :D

I saw a zombie leap out in the trailer. A few that grabbed on and got up really quick. :D:p
However, let me say that this does look to be a very good movie. From what I have seen I am very excited.

Thank you thank you! This looks great! And Romero zombies are sometimes pretty fast and can make a sudden lunge or two, it depends on how much they are damaged and how long they have been dead.

Excellent Trailer!
Sucks for the delay and the horrible decision to move it closer to the summer to launch alongside bigger movies. Booooo:mad:
Still looking forward to this gem tho. Woot! :hyper:

It's real money will be from Dvd sales and remember that this time the money goes to the master filmaker himself so if you even if you never bought a dvd before now is a good time to start.
