I was watching some programme about this sort of thing ages ago. Apparently it's reasonably common for siblings who have been seperated at birth to be attracted to each other or even fall in love if they first meet each other as adults, even if they actually *know* they are siblings.

Something to do with a combination of psychological (finally finding the family you've been searching for) and biological (recognising yourself in someone else is part of falling in love, and here people literally subconsciously recognise their own genes).
