I'm glad that they're going back and basing them on Fleming's novels/short stories again.

Hopefully this one will take the same realistic and gritty approach as the last. Casino Royale is a friggin great flick, imo. Miles ahead of the last few Brosnan flicks.

JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADED . :D

...

Casino Royale was fookin' brilliant ... and while the name for the new one is a big iffy, I'm sure the film itself will kick chuddies up and down the street all day long.

Couldn't care less about the title. they could title it "Elvis Mc**** Knuckle eats pancakes" so long as they retain the cast, tone and quality, it'll rock.

besides Bond on a vengeance bender should be something to see.

As long as it has Daniel Craig in it, I'm in. Loved the grittier, less comic bookish feel of "Casino," and I hope that continues in this new one.

true but living daylights just bored me to tears. further of the bonds it's really not aged that well.

I was hoping for a title reminiscent of the Bond films of the past...like "Thunder Pussy", maybe.

The first teaser poster has been released. It's not much, but I love how it's from the last shot of Casino Royale. A film moment that made the little boy in me scream from the top of his lungs. I mean....how cool was it to finally hear him say the famous "Bond, James Bond" and then the theme song kicks in for the credits?

I haven't liked a Bond movie since Live and Let Die. I guess Moonraker was Ok, but c'mon, after Roger Moore left, the series has been on its last leg.

Wha? You didn't like Casino Royale? Or Goldeneye? After Moore and Dalton left, Brosnan saved the series, then it went down for a few movies and then Casino Royale REALLY saved the series.

Casino Royale was pretty decent, but then again, it was also a remake of an earlier Bond offering. So the series is still dead, in my astute opinion.

Casino Royale wasn't a remake. There was a film in the 60's that was a mockery of spy films called Casino Royale, but it wasn't a true Bond film. The Casino Royale with Daniel Craig is the first and only time Ian Fleming's first novel has been translated to screen.

You can hear the new theme song for Quantum of Solace HERE (http://joblo.com/full-bond-theme-online). It's called "Another Way To Die".

It's a bit...weird, but I guess that should be expected coming from a duet with Jack White(The White Stripes) and Alicia Keys. I've never liked Jack White but this song is okay, I spose. Hopefully it will fit well into the film like Chris Cornell's "You Know My Name" from Casino Royale. Imo, that was the best bond song since Tina Turner's "Goldeneye".

Some of it is cool, some of it is "eh?" ... I think the Cornell one from CR was better though ... I've got the three disc CR DVD coming soon, when it's released that is, mid-October I think to tie in with the Oct 31st release of QoS, which me and the lads will blates be going to see.

It is an oddly titled film but let's us not judge a film by it's name but by it's content.
