noun
a person with dark skin who comes from Africa (or whose ancestors came from Africa)
It applies to all, be it full-on black or mixed ethnicity.

You do know Kenya is located in Africa, right?

I don't understand why people think that being half black doesn't constitute someone as being black, yet jackasses in which whose great great great great great Grandfather immigrated to America from Ireland can call themselves Irish and nobody says "uh, well actually..."
