Diary of the Dead video competition: THE UNINVITED!

Hey All,

I need your help! I've submitted a special 3-minute clip called "THE UNINVITED" for the Diary of the Dead video competition. If it wins, the clip will be featured on the DVD release of the film. Please please please show your support! WATCH this clip and then RATE it (http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&videoid=27328476)!

It features scenes from DEADSCAPES 2 in a special edit I did for this competition. Don't worry, 3 minutes wasn't enough time to spoil the ending (condensing down from 35 minutes was quite a task!) but I hope you enjoy the clip anyhow.

The competition ends on February 29, 2008 so please check it out soon!

Yeah, it's an official entry now. Although as I've said, seems like the propaganda flow of a site like MySpace seems a bit lopsided. Everyone is logging in and voting for their friends and voting down the competition. I'm not expecting to win. But the most disappointing thing will likely be my desire for a fair shake. But that's how it goes. *shrugs*

Thanks for the props! Although, perhaps it's too novel of an idea. Zombie buffs are likely to get it - a plot that actually hasn't been done yet. But the general public seems to be scratching their heads considering the rating it's getting.

True, it is a novel idea and the ratings are to be expected for a movie with a plotline of such. In regards to the small snippet you made as The Uninvited, I had no trouble with it personally and find the idea of a sicko prowling the streets during a zombie uprising quite interesting.

It's a double threat and that makes room for maximum gore/horror. :evil:
