Ok, i know it's just a fan made trailer, but now my mind is boggling with the possibility of a movie...

even though i know it will never happen :-(

Sorry, beat ya to it the other day. It is a cool fan made short. Lots of gut munching.

A friend of mine (thru comics, not zombies) brought this to my attention last week but I kept forgetting to mention here. D'Oh!

Its impressive. I saw it on a comic board the other week. Great costumes and gore for a fan thing. Great stuff.

A movie would not work that well, but a fan movie would. To be honest the actual comic book got bad around the last two issues of the original series and its not so good in the sequel. However, the prequel Dead Days is very good and Army of Darkness vs Marvel Zombies is fun.

I liked Dead Days but I found it all so damn depressing, knowing everyones ultimate fate. There was no one (main characters) to really root for as everyone ends up eaten, zombified or dead thru other means (except the Black Panther who does end up maimed).
It all takes a bit of stretching of zombie and superhero rules to accept any of this. Everyone from aliens (Super Skrull), to mystical people with NO skin (Ghost Rider) to robots (the Vision) can be turned into zombies?? And how did the zombies eat the Silver Surfer? He's nothing but the Power Cosmic under his silver "skin".
It makes my head hurt trying to reconcile all the inconsistencies...
OK, enough geeking out.

The girl who plays Mary Jane I went to high school with. You can't tell so much from the small part, but she is a phenomenal actor and should go far now that she is in Hollywood. I remember she did the part of Sybil at a forensics showcase the school had and it had the audience of high school kids entranced.

I also saw her in a play in college called Suburbia, she did a great job on that one too. So mark my words, she will go far.

I can answer all those in one answer. It's a comic, anything can and does happen.

My buddy who brought the video to my attention is all in love with the actress who plays Mary Jane. She's got at least one drooling fanboy to her credit!

That was pretty awesome. Good mask jobs. I'd like to see these guys do a full length fan flick. It would be pretty awesome.

That's alright, it truely encompasses everything in its awesomeness when you use the word awesome, especially if you say pretty awesome, totally awesome or extremely awesome.

Awesome is just an awesome word.
