I've always felt Diamond Dead to be a terrible idea. Nobody had the balls to finance a serious horror film from Romero, but a horror-comedy is just A-OK?

If George believes in it and wants to do it then I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. He's got a thing for comedy - just look at CREEPSHOW.

My main concern is that we end up with some production designer's terribly lame idea of rock/punk culture that's about as authentic as Poochie from 'The Simpsons'.

I've never wanted this movie to get made. It just sounds like a ripoff of this horrible movie I have on DVD called 'Hard Rock Zombies'.
