Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. I've only seen the film, but I can only imagine this working in two ways.

    A. The show somewhat ignores the film(How I think the Sarah Conner Chronicles is doing) and follows the group with the pregnant mother/baby.

    B. The show picks up AFTER the film with the mom/baby in "the human project"(I think that's what it was called).

Anyway, It will probably fail after all is said and done...

One things for certain - it wont be ANYWHERE near as good as the film.

Could be cool, could be gash.

It would be better if it was just set in the CoM universe rather than a continuation of the movie.

Not exactly sure what the series could be about though - you couldn't really have the characters trying to save the world without it being a lukewarm retread of the first film. Perhaps just an action/adventure series using a chaotic britain in the grip of a harsh regime as a backdrop
"Naturally, the common people don't want war, but they can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders.
Tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and endangering the country.
it works the same in every country."

-Herman Goering, Hitler's Reichsmarschall, at the Nuremberg trials.
