Here's a real simple one: You're alone, and you notice noise and rattling from a door (any door). You either open it to see what's going on, or ignore it for the rest of your life, refusing to allow the door to ever open. What do you do?

My friend, that's called agoraphobia yes, it certainly is and as someone who has suffered from this for years, i'd say: go get yourself a xanax prescription and go outside. no one will bite you, unless you're into that sort of thing.
