    Babylon 5 fans rejoice!

    http://www.aintitcoolnews.com/display.cgi?id=23963

Now as long as it's more akin to the original series and not "Crusade" we'll be OK
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. And just what was wrong with Crusade, besides being killed before it could complete it's story arc? I thought it a reasonably sufficient sequal to B5.
Still, this news is cool. I'd like to know more about Ivanova after she departed B5 for her own command, and definately more about the Telepath War, and Garibaldi getting revenge on Bester. They'd make good stories to explore further.

I'm not a big fan or afficianado of Babylon 5, but this statement is dead on. Beasides, SG1 blows

SG1 isn't bad it's just very convoluted. it's characters and the actors that pay them really save the show. Besides they maintain a steady supply of great cult actors not seen on Tv since DS9.

i think in all due truth SG1 has blown the pant off of the last two incarnations of Star Trek, most of the current SCifi shows out there. so that alone says something.
