I think it's excellent that they are advancing. Here in the U.S. we've had to deal with women who can't drive for 90+ years, it's only fair that other countries should have to deal with women who can't drive as well! (Where's Chic around when you need her to throw food at me for being sexist?). |

After waiting for the police to show up and being a witness the younger woman was trying to deny using her phone, but there was a guy on a bike at the corner who also saw it and stayed and said she was indeed on the phone so she was given a ticket for that also (as it is now a ticketable offense if a distraction like a phone is involved in an accident). The funny thing is the younger woman never once apologized and tried to deny everything that happened even though there were witnesses that seperatly told the same story to police. People like her that are unwilling to accept responsibilty are a huge part of many of the problems we face, but that's another story for another day.
