Don't miss GARDEN OF THE DEAD. The original "running, fast" zombies film from 1972. Yepp, this is the first documented film where the zombies aren't slow and shambling. To me, this is a treasure as this film is tough as hell to get ahold of.

I have a copy myself, but it's nice that a lot of those that don't will have the opportunity to check it out. It's worth mentioning for those that haven't bothered to check out the link that not every thing they posted are Troma PRODUCTIONS. A number of them are older films they DISTRIBUTE, & are worth checking out even if you're not a Troma fan.

At the tender age of 43 I've developed a sudden & inexplicable interest in WWI aircraft, aerial combat & the men who flew in the great war, where none existed before. Not sure why, but I'm thoroughly enjoying the exploration of a heretofore unknown hobby.

I prefer the Albatros myself, have to say. *Nods* I know Richthofen wasn't overly enthused w/ the DR1 either. He was waiting on the Fokker D.VII... ...which was, sadly, not ready before he perished if I understand correctly. But I had to go w/ it because it's so iconic & damn sexy to boot.

Yep. Manfred was dead before they came into service. They started reaching the Jastas around May 1918. I believe Lothar flew one, before the war ended though. The Allies were so impressed with the D VII that they were copying parts of the design for years afterwards and some nations were using catpured German models until teh late 20's. There's a lovely example on display, complete with a guady lozenge paint job, at Hendon, if you ever get over there and I think there's one in Washigton too, at the Smithsonian.
