    I'm sure some of you have seen this before but DAMN, what a mug. And a sex offender to boot. The sad thing is that I wonder what his charge really was? Did this guy maybe ask a chick for her number and she went buck wild on him? His charge is "gross sexual imposition," so WTF is that? Anything by that guy looks like a gross sexual imposition.

    I saw this before. He looks blind.
    Gross sexual imposition might mean rubbing all up on somebody on the street. Just guessing though.
