from what i gathered, that pic is actually of the fan-made build that was voted by the lego fans and community to get the company to produce the set. they have said that the actual set will most likely look different. |

Yeah, Lego will modify it to make it more cost effective. They did the same thing with the Back to the Future Time Machine set released a little while back. |
