Reputation system on the fritz?

After the new forum system upgrade, I can't seem to add to anyone's reputation.

It is a pop-up now, it no longer brings up a new screen.

It is a pop-up now, it no longer brings up a new screen. Jeez, all you kiddies nowadays. I remember back in the day when reputation would be decided whether you get bunched in the gut or kiss on the cheek.
