I bet some joker trying to stir up endless arguments would have said "Day of the Dead", as if the storywise very last entry in the saga, with its plainly, transparently and blatantly obvious most decayed, doomy and hopeless environment out of all the Romero zombie movies, could really have come up before the less decayed and still somewhat hopeful environments of Dawn and Land.
