I haven't been to the Comicon in NY in almost 20 years, but this may just be what makes me go. I have to take a look at admission fees and weigh the likelihood of high temperatures in as a factor. Comic conventions are best attended in cold weather climes and when one has a cold But goddamn those posters sound great.

The tix were $100 IF you were lucky enough to get them before they sold out on the first day. It looks like they are doing the same system as at blizzcon where the badge can only be picked up if the name printed on it matches the name on a valid i.d. If you buy any tickets through ebay you will most likely be scammed. There is a limited number of returned badges that you can get in que to buy though. There are some people going from another movie forum I am on, but they are hostile at any mention of other movies. I just don't get how a damn film can give someone CMS (constant menstrual syndrome), even if most of them are guys. I just asked if anyone was going to the friday walking dead panel and I damn near got my head ripped off.
