    Possible Larry in actor....Justin Timberlake?

That's an odd possible choice, to say the least. I've always like Timberlake, so i'm down for it. He's more than proven himself as a talented actor in my eyes. It's just a shame that some people can't get past him being a "pretty boy" because they're jealous of his popularity with the ladies.

You've previously heard Johnny Knoxville's name attached to the role of Moe and he remains a strong candidate with Hank Azaria also in the running. The Farrellys seem content casting a relative unknown as Curly with Will Sasso ("Shit My Dad Says") the only actor named (he's bald and heavy-set so that's a good start).
Sasso was one of the main players on Madtv. Not exactly unknown to the comedy world...

^^ Looks pretty bad doesn't it. Only redeeming aspect of the trailer is 1:00m in!

But maybe it will be sooo bad, it will be good
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. THE THREE STOOGES isn’t anywhere near as bad as I was expected it to be, but that doesn’t mean it’s particularly good either. You’ll find yourself laughing in spots, but really the whole film feels unnecessary. I could have gotten a much better experience sitting at home watching the old black and whites than I did watching imposters try to pull off the same material at the movies.

Weird thing was that the audience consisted mainly of small kids and old people, both of which laughed their ass off. And it was packed for a 4pm showing.
I should've seen Cabin instead, but I've still got the whole weekend. Oh wellz, now I can say been there, done that.
