But cool beans on the regime Deej. I think it's the best way forward, the change lifestyle slowly, starting with food and intake, pair that down gradually and start losing weight by doing almost bugger all, then you crack in a couple of exercises here and there, and then whatever takes your fancy.

Slow and steady wins the race I say, and it's also better for the skin.
