I guess that's the trouble with the zombie apocalypse, not everything goes according to plan - people sent to rescue you shoot you between the eyes, bikers invade your shopping centre hideout or you get stuck down a hole with a military nut job and a half-mad scientist, and just occasionally your shopping trolley gets wedged on something when you least expect it to... To take this a step further... Paddle: across the street from the gas station just abit past the van were you rescue dick (pawnshop guy) in the corner of the fence/building Spray paint: purple can on the roof of the gas station(were you spawn) just go through the main room with all the snacks and open the door and the is a ladder that will take you to the roof... Also there is a sniper rifle that is very helpful against the boss...So I suggest grabbing it before you give your daughter her zombrex grab it. Green spray is behind the police station. Construction hat: After you make you way on the roof were Bob is(the dude on top of the building shooting) just move along the alley side of the building, jump over to the adjacent building and to your right there should be a construction hat. Thats pretty much the obscure items...The rest of the items are pretty common... I finished it with the A ending, but can't get the combo card achievement. Most of the cards I'm getting are scratch cards, not combos. I must be missing something basic. What's the difference? WN

I figured it out. Apparently you still need to build the item even if you already have the combo card. I'd never built the thing with the pitch fork before. WN

I beat the game with an A ending. 9/12 achievements Btw, here is my tip for Bob and his daughter. You must talk to him before 7 pm. If you complete your missions early, then wait on the roof and stand next to Bob, until 7 pm. Talk to him, again, and head to the gunshop. Btw, it is easier to unlock the shop before you start the escort mission. Talk to his daughter, until she agrees to leave with her dad. Go back to Bob and talk to him, until he joins you. Then head back to the daughter and talk to her. They will both follow you to the safehouse. I did this with time to spare to refill health, grab food, and make a spiked bat. The spiked bat is my weapon of choice for Jed.
