Aww man, sad to hear. Last I had heard he was doing better. So sad. He was pretty great in Spartacus.

Right next to Game of Thrones, Spartacus sits at the top as my favourite TV series of all time - narrowly beating out Band of Brothers, The Pacific, The Borgias, and The Sopranos.

Andy will be missed. The show was fantastic and will hopefully continue to be. Andy was a great Spartacus though, very warm and likeable - and provided a great contrast to John Hannah's Quintus Lentulus Batiatus.

"Anameus, you have no mother - you were belched from the c**t of the underworld - that is why I favour you!"

Rip Spartacus - Bringer of Rain, Champion of Capua!
Innocent victims of merciless crimes, fall prey to some madman's impulsive designs.

Step after step we try controlling our fate. When we finally start living, it's become too late.

I've only heard good things about this series, but never got around to watching it.

I'd heard he was improving too...

    ps: I f***ing hate cancer!
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. That was my first thought. "well....Kirk Douglas is pretty old now....".

Don't know this guy or the show but as Neil mentioned above, cancer sucks.
