Because it's only a northern song... Was in GI Joe-- but alas he was killed during Cobra's attack on the original PIT I think--- It was cool though because he wore weasel skulls(?) around his neck and carried a coiled up saw in his boot-- and he was Snake Eyes's pal during those early Joe comics... ahh... I miss the 80's...
