These cops are writing tickets to people for "not speaking English" in the Spanish community. I'm happy the Chief of Police plans to reprimand all officers that have issued citations, as well as reimbursing any people who paid tickets.
There is no law stating that every citizen MUST speak English. I don't know if these cops are racist, or just overly Nationalistic pieces of shit... maybe both... but I think they should be fired before they turn into the LAPD!
