Hey! I've done one there... Not sure if it was with this actual guy, but it was the best one I've been on. Nothing happened, but the guide told the stories and the history VERY well!
Look again at that dot. That's here. That's home. That's us. On it everyone you love, everyone you know, everyone you ever heard of, every human being who ever was, lived out their lives. The aggregate of our joy and suffering, thousands of confident religions, ideologies, and economic doctrines, every hunter and forager, every hero and coward, every creator and destroyer of civilization, every king and peasant, every young couple in love, every mother and father, hopeful child, inventor and explorer, every teacher of morals, every corrupt politician, every "superstar," every "supreme leader," every saint and sinner in the history of our species lived there--on a mote of dust suspended in a sunbeam. Not sure if they did the one I did, but I did a ghostwalk years ago, more than a decade ago now, on a school trip to York. There was a guy with a dummy that got shoved over the wall and it was shoved over my head, so that scared the sh*t outta me, until I saw the guy fleeing to the next location as we started moving (he'd been standing on a Mercedes bonnet, lol).

Then the same guy (I presume) came tear-arsing through the streets dressed in a black cape/coat thing and a skull mask (I think) - but in Nike trainers - I was at the back of the group of us kids and everyone spilt in half as this running "ghost" came charging at me, I was paralysed on the spot for a moment, lol. I'd been distracted by a letterbox in a shop nearby that I swore moved with something looking out from behind, so it came as a shock.

Was quite fun at the time, most likely not the same as the one you're going on (it's been over a decade since I went after all), so let us know what it was like.

Yeah it was good,it was the second one ive done, the first was about ten years ago!shocking considering how close i live to york, its a city i need to explore more of
He mentioned that the courtyard down a little snicket was known for sightings of a Barghest (hell hound) & that other dogs on past walks have reacted to being in that area.A couple of people had dogs with them on the walk,& one,a spaniel, started whimpering & whining in that particular area but had been quiet the rest of the way round!whether supernatural or not,it certainly added to the creepy atmosphere!
