Right at the beginning of the article it says "alleged proposals" and never names a person in the Egyptian parlaiment that introduced such law or links to actual documents. The only references given keep pointing back to an Egyptian women's rights group that criticized statements made by a MOROCCAN CLERIC in 2011. "The subject of a husband having sex with his dead wife arose in May 2011 when Moroccan cleric Zamzami Abdul Bari said marriage remains valid even after death. He also said that women have the right to have sex with her dead husband." By the way, Morocco isn't in Egypt, nor is it next to it. It is 2 countries away on the other side of the continent. There are extremists in EVERY religion and just because one of them goes off and makes wild claims it does not mean they speak for the majority. These sensationalist stories are made too feed the hysteria of the willfuly ignorant.
